Shipping Policy
We are based in Romania, Europe, and ship worldwide via DHL Express. The shipping cost is not included in the item’s price and will be shown at checkout. You can find more information in the shipping tab.
Once the package is handed over to the delivery company, it is no longer under our responsibility.
Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days; however, actual shipping times may vary depending on your location. The delivery timeframe is determined by the courier, and we are not responsible for delays that may occur during transit.
If a package is lost during delivery, the client must contact the delivery company directly to resolve the issue. We will provide full support to help clients recover their package.

Return & Exchange Policy
We wish to offer you the hair of your dreams, but in case that doesn’t happen you have 4 days to return it, first day being the day of delivery. Please contact us at mayscrownwigs@gmail.com to inform us about your intention to return so we can assist you with that.
Wigs must be return in original package and in its original state without any alteration. The buyer is responsible for the returning fees. It is the buyers’ s responsibility to make sure the package arrives safely when returning the wig for a refund. May’s boutique it is not responsible for the items lost in the returning process, on the way back to them.
When we receive it, we’ll inform you by e-mail. Please allow us 1-2 working day to inspect the item and let you know if we accept the return.
If the return is accepted the client will be refunded in 1-3 working days, minus the 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the washing and restyling of the wig.
In case the wig presents any sign of wearing or alteration it will be send back to the client on his expense.
What are the signs of alteration:

Shampooing or applying any products on the hair

Styling or using of any kind of hot tool on the hair

Removing comb or clips.
